Mr. Eichenblatt has over a decade of experience as an Engineer and as a Patent Attorney, and has successfully prosecuted hundreds of patent applications for software, hardware, medical devices, commercial products, and industrial designs. On behalf of his clients, he has negotiated several hundred thousand dollar settlements for patent, trademark, and copyright infringement disputes. Mr. Eichenblatt also provides consultation on and assistance with domestic and far-east manufacturing.
Before opening his own practice, Mr. Eichenblatt worked for several years as a researcher in the chemical engineering department of Rutgers University. His research projects included the stress properties of pharmaceutical machinery and the bioremedial capacities of microorganisms. Subsequently, Mr. Eichenblatt worked as a Research and Development Engineer at SPC, designing machines for ultra-hazardous dust control.

Mr. Rao is a commercial litigator with a background in banking, compliance, intellectual property, data, and cyber issues. He currently does a mix of litigation and corporate work for technology startups and emerging companies. Mr. Rao worked for several years as a commercial litigation associate at Zeichner Ellman & Krause, where he worked on several multi-billion dollar matters, including Chevron v. Donziger (representing the lead scientists in the Ecuadorian litigation) and investigations following the global litigation between the Al Gosaibi family and Maan Al Sanea. After ZEK, Mr. Rao worked as an in house attorney at Guidance Software, a publicly traded software company specializing in forensics, digital investigations and cyber security. We are proud to announce that Mr. Rao has recently litigated a highly reported federal trademark case against the Mormon Church to a favorable settlement (Eller v. IRI) while defending a parallel administrative proceeding before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Rao has been twice recognized by SuperLawyers as a New York City Rising Star.
